Scheduling and Communication

To ensure a seamless experience, we will:

  • Contact you via email, text, or phone call on the Monday prior to your event to confirm delivery and pickup details.
  • Send a reminder via email and/or text the day before the event.
  • Follow up with a pickup reminder through email and/or text after the event.

On the day of delivery and pickup, we will:

  • Notify you via text message when we are en route.

Delivery and Pickup Timing

  • Delivery: We will deliver your rental items 1 to 3 days before your event.
  • Pickup: We will collect the items 1 to 3 days after your event.
  • Exact Timing: For precise delivery or pickup times, an additional fee will apply.

  • We service parts of Warren, Washington, and Saratoga counties, including:

    • Corinth
    • Gansevoort
    • Glens Falls
    • Hadley
    • Lake Luzerne
    • Queensbury
    • Saratoga Springs
    • South Glens Falls
    • West Glens Falls
    • Wilton
    • Surrounding areas
  • Outside Standard Service Area: If your event is located outside our standard service area, please contact us. We often accommodate events in more distant locations, though additional fees may apply based on distance.

Delivery Fee

  • The standard delivery fee is determined based on the event location’s zip code and covers delivery up to 100 feet from the unloading area to the event site. For distances beyond 100 feet, additional fees may apply. Please note that this is an estimate, and other factors such as accessibility, terrain, or specific location requirements may affect the final cost.
