Scheduling & Communication
- We’ll contact you on the Monday prior to your event via email, text, or phone to confirm delivery and pickup details.
- You’ll receive a reminder via email and/or text the day before your event.
- We’ll follow up after your event with a pickup reminder via email and/or text.
- On delivery/pickup day, we’ll notify you via text when we’re en route.
Delivery & Pickup Timing
- Delivery: 1 to 3 days prior to your event.
- Pickup: 1 to 3 days after your event.
- Need a specific time? Let us know — additional fees apply for exact delivery or pickup windows.

Delivery Fee
The standard delivery fee is based on the event location’s zip code and includes delivery up to 100 feet from the unloading area.
- For distances beyond 100 feet, additional fees may apply.
- Final costs may vary depending on terrain, accessibility, and specific site requirements.
